She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor’s in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach.

Brianna works with children, teens, and young adults navigating big emotions, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and challenging life transitions. Many of the kids she supports are sensitive, thoughtful, and eager to do well, but can become overwhelmed by internal pressure, perfectionism, or emotional dysregulation. She also supports middle and high school students managing school stress, friendship shifts, and the growing pains of adolescence.

Brianna creates a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen and supported. She is especially passionate about working with young adults who are navigating early adulthood, relationships, career stress, and identity development. Brianna is committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care, and she is honored to support BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients in exploring their identities, navigating intergenerational dynamics, and building self-trust.

Brianna draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Emotion-Focused and Strengths-Based Therapy, Play-Based and Expressive Therapies, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices, Parent-Child Relational Work, and Grief and Loss-Informed Support.

Before joining Leah’s practice, Brianna provided school-based counseling at the elementary level and offered both group and individual grief support at Providence Hospital. Her clinical style is relational, affirming, and grounded in meeting clients where they are.

Outside of the therapy room, Brianna enjoys taking Pilates classes, walking her dog, eating sushi, and making lattes for her loved ones.
