Who we are
At The Wellness Collective, we're a group practice of dedicated clinicians who believe in the magic that happens when you're truly seen and heard. Our team includes both licensed and unlicensed therapists (post-Masters) working together under the supervision of Clinical Director Leah M. Niehaus, LCSW.
We listen. We care. We value each individual. We witness hardship. We look for strengths. We believe in your growth. We foster resilience. We see you so that you can begin to see yourself more clearly. We use our minds and our hearts to help you heal.
Our Philosophy
We know that therapy should be a place to connect and get clear, where you can explore those big questions swirling around in your head without judgment. Whether you're a child, adolescent, young adult, or navigating adulthood, we create space for you to be authentically yourself.
We help people who are overwhelmed, looking for purpose, or seeking to find their voice. Our approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that everyone comes with their own story, strengths, and path to success. Sometimes the most profound healing happens in the simple act of being truly understood.

What We Believe
Every person deserves a place to be seen, heard, and valued. We believe in your capacity to grow, heal, and discover what's most important to you. Self-understanding is the key to living wholeheartedly, learning to trust your intuition, honor your boundaries, and make choices that serve you.
We're here to walk alongside you as you move from feeling lost or stuck to living with intention and connection. Because when you embrace your story and step into your authentic self, that's where the real magic happens.
