Support for life transitions, relationship struggles, and emotional fulfillment

At The Wellness Collective, we offer individual therapy for adults in Hermosa Beach who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking emotional clarity, fulfillment, and personal growth. Whether you're dealing with a major life transition, facing relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed, our therapists are here to help you find direction, heal past wounds, and create a path forward.

We help adults facing a variety of concerns, including:

  • Lost and Looking for Meaning
You’re in a phase of life transition (such as post-college, divorce, empty nesting, mid-life reflection, or a bereaved spouse) and feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your purpose. You need someone to help you find clarity, rediscover your voice, and create a vision for your future.

  • Overwhelmed and Unfulfilled
You’re stressed, exhausted, and wondering if you’re missing out on a fulfilling life. Despite managing daily responsibilities, you’re feeling unfulfilled and need support to manage expectations while finding joy and excitement in life again.

  • In a Relationship Rut
Whether you’re navigating a difficult marriage, struggling to choose the right partner, or starting over after a divorce, you’re stuck in a relationship rut and need clarity on your needs, desires, and how to communicate more effectively.

  • Navigating Life Transitions
You’re adjusting to a big change in your life—parenthood, career shifts, empty nesting, or aging. You need help embracing your new role and finding confidence in navigating this transition.

  • The Wounded Parent
Your own childhood wounds are impacting your parenting. You’ve realized that old coping strategies aren’t working, and you need support to heal and build healthier, more connected relationships with your children.

  • Fertility, Infertility & Adjustment to Motherhood
You’re facing the emotional challenges of infertility, miscarriage, and the complexities of pregnancy after loss. You’re embarking on a new journey of parenthood and feel overwhelmed in the adjustment process. You need a compassionate guide to help you through the grief, stress, and joy of this journey.

Group Therapy for

Moms Raising Teens

Roots & Wings: A Circle for Moms Raising Teens
Led by Leah Niehaus, LCSW, CGP
Fridays | 10–11:30 AM
$150 per session, sliding scale available if needed

Raising teenagers is one of the most challenging seasons of parenthood. The push-pull of wanting independence while still needing you. The worry that keeps you up at night. The moments you question everything you’re doing. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Roots & Wings is a twice-monthly support circle where moms of teens come together to share, connect, and find their footing during these complex years.

This group offers a warm, judgment-free space to be real about the hard stuff, connect with other moms who truly get it, and find practical support for the daily challenges of raising teens. Together, we’ll explore common goals like managing anxiety about your teen’s choices and future, finding the balance between holding on and letting go, navigating conflict and communication breakdowns, trusting yourself when you feel like you’re failing, supporting your teen through mental health challenges, staying connected when they’re pulling away, and taking care of yourself while still showing up for them.

Witnessing you navigate life’s challenges, find clarity, and build a more fulfilling future.
