She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. Before joining Leah’s team, she trained at Antioch Community Therapy Services (ACTS), where she worked with people from all walks of life. She especially enjoys supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life’s ups and downs- whether that’s changing relationships, figuring out who they are, or dealing with family dynamics that feel overwhelming.
Erica believes therapy works best when there’s a strong foundation of trust. She focuses on building a warm, genuine connection with each client. Her style is collaborative, thoughtful, and she approaches treatment with care and respect. She draws from psychodynamic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to help individuals explore not only the challenges they’re facing but also their unique strengths and sources of resilience in the face of those challenges.
Whether it’s building confidence, celebrating wins (big or small), or finding creative ways to move forward, Erica’s there to support individuals in finding what brings joy and meaning into their daily life. More than anything, she wants her clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
In her free time, you’ll probably find Erica hunting for vintage treasures, hanging out in cozy coffee shops, or painting one of her favorite beach spots.
